Board Members wanted for Housing Associations in Northern Ireland


With over 3,000 staff, turnover of £200 million and a £3 billion asset base, housing associations are Northern Ireland’s largest charities and social enterprises. Our sector manages 44,000 homes, provides care & support and a range of community services.

At a time of unprecedented change, housing associations rely on voluntary board members to provide effective strategic leadership, oversight and challenge to their increasing complex businesses. it is a substantial role, one that brings benefits including developing new skills and networks, as well as making a social impact.

We are looking for high-calibre individuals who are interested in serving on housing association boards. As well as strong generalists, people with skills in developing new homes, care and support, procurement, law, governance and communications are particularly needed.
