Audiences Northern Ireland (ANI), a Charity focusing on audience development across Northern Ireland, is recruiting new board members. The organisation supports the Arts, Culture and Creative industries to understand, diversify, and increase reach to audiences. Through consultancy, training and bespoke collaborative projects, ANI ensures its partners are better equipped to optimise their public benefit and sustainability.
ANI currently partners with 120 organisations representing some of the most recognisable names in the Northern Ireland Arts and Cultural sector and include the MAC, the Millennium Forum, Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival, Golden Thread Gallery and the Lyric Theatre.
ANI is funded as a strategic delivery partner for the Arts Council of NI and Belfast City Council. Other funding comes from the provision of services to super councils, trusts and foundations, sponsorship and delivery of key services including bespoke research and training.

ANI’s Board ensures excellent governance and helps the executive team develop and implement its corporate plan. Through consultancy, training and bespoke collaborative projects managed by a full-time team of seven staff, ANI ensures its partners in the Arts and Cultural Sector and Creative Industries are better equipped to understand, diversify and increase reach to audiences.
We are looking for high performing individuals, particularly those with backgrounds in Human Resources, Charity and Company Law or Financial Management.
