Extra Care is a not for profit voluntary organisation established in 1935. We are recognised as a charity and registered with RQIA as a Domiciliary Care Provider.
Extra Care is overseen by its voluntary Board of Trustees and is the largest independent provider of Domiciliary Care in Northern Ireland with 80 years experience in the management and delivery of a full range of community based home care services. Our services, which are available 24/7, aim to provide older people and dependent adults with the choice to remain living at home with dignity.
We are seeking to recruit Board Members who would identify with and champion our aims and objectives and who have skills, knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
