 Reference Number AHB0/08/16

Ark Housing is a Registered Housing Association providing housing solutions for a range of people throughout Northern Ireland. We currently employ 40+ staff in various functions including property development, finance, management and maintenance, and also provide temporary accommodation and support services for families.

With the ongoing roll out of the Department’s Social Housing Reform Programme (SHRP), this is an exciting time to be part of the fundamental changes that will improve the delivery of social housing in Northern Ireland and which will impact on the services we provide to tenants. Board members play a vital role in meeting the challenges of governance and leadership in the Association and will have opportunities to network and influence the development of housing policy and strategy in Northern Ireland.  We would like to invite you to apply to join us on the Board of the Association and seek Expressions of Interest from individuals who share our values and who are willing to support our work in addressing housing need within our communities.

We are keen to receive applications from all sections of the community and would particularly welcome applications from persons with skills and experience in one or more of the following:

  • Finance
  • Social Housing
  • Audit, Compliance and Risk Management
  • Organisational Development and Change Management
  • Business Improvement and Customer Excellence
  • Strategic Leadership & Policy
  • HR, PR & Community Engagement
