Non Executive Chair and Director wanted by the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service

The Department of Health is recruiting a Non-Executive Chair and a Non-Executive Director to the NI Ambulance Service (NIAS).

Essential Criteria for all applicants

The Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director require no specific qualifications, however all applicants must meet the following four essential criteria:

  • Strategic Thinking; Corporate Governance; Stakeholder Engagement; and
    Self Awareness & Personal Contribution.

Applicants for the Non-Executive Chair post must meet the following additional criterion:

  • Leadership.

Applicants can apply for one or more category of membership.

  • Remuneration
    Non- Executive Chair £22,997 per annum – Time Commitment 2.5/3 days per week
    Non-Executive Director £5,962 per annum – Time Commitment 3 days per month
