*Closes 30th October*
Ardmonagh Family and Community Group Limited (AFCG) is a charitable organisation which delivers health & social care services.
Our mission statement outlines our purpose as:
“Enhance the quality of life for the residents of Belfast through the provision of relevant, accessible, affordable and well managed supported family and childcare services.”
We are seeking to appoint additional, high quality members to the Board of the organisation. Do you have expertise and ability in legal and/or Social Work? If so, we’d like to hear from you.
In addition to having specific skills in one of these areas, we are looking for future members who will have a commitment to equality, inclusion and user engagement; and the ability to set strategic direction and work collaboratively as part of a team. They will be required to think strategically and have the ability to positively and constructively influence decisions at senior Board level. Previous experience as a non-executive director is also desirable.
During these exceptionally uncertain and worrying times, participating on our Board will be challenging but equally extremely rewarding. Your input will contribute to the protection of the vulnerable children and families in society, as well as raising standards in the delivery of Health & Social Care practice.
