Non Executive Directors – The Utility Regulator

CLOSING DATE 16TH NOVEMBER 2018

The Utility Regulator is the non-ministerial government department responsible for regulating the electricity and gas industries and water and sewerage services in Northern Ireland, to protect the short- and long-term interests of consumers.

The Department of Finance is seeking to appoint new members to the Board of the Utility Regulator to replace outgoing members  over the next 12 months. The terms of appointment will be for a single, non-renewable term of seven years. The expected time commitment amounts to approximately twenty days per year. The posts carry an annual remuneration of £9,712 and travel and  subsistence expenses will be paid at Northern Ireland Civil Service rates.   Continue reading
