Chairperson – Property Services Appeal Board

Essential

• Candidates must demonstrate in their application, evidence of extensive experience at an appropriately senior level in the following.

Legal 

• In accordance with Schedule 5 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act, 2011, the Chairperson must be a practising solicitor or barrister of not less than 7 years’ standing.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

• Candidates must demonstrate previous experience as chairperson or membership of a board

Desirable:

• Possession of a relevant qualification in the area of corporate governance and experience at an appropriately senior level.
• Experience of the property services sector
• Executive/Managerial/Professional experience in dispute resolution.
