Apex Housing Association (Apex) is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced board members to play a vital role in governing and leading the work of the Association, which has responsibility for managing more than 7,000 homes across Northern Ireland.
About us
Apex provides and maintains high-quality homes and supports almost 18,000 tenants and residents in a variety of settings. As a registered housing association and not-for-profit organisation, Apex works to social enterprise principles, employs over 650 staff and is led by a voluntary Board.
The board member role
We are seeking forward-thinking highly skilled and experienced board members who share our values and can contribute to strategic leadership.
The role is voluntary, however all out-of-pocket expenses whilst undertaking the role will be reimbursed.
The Board normally meets up to six times per year, in person in Derry~Londonderry or by joining remotely. You will also be required to participate in one or more committees of the Board and attend training and events.
